10 hours with private trainer. We recommend to be split into 10 sessions of 1 hour for best results. Off the water you will work on strengthening, flexibility and recovery. Mostly overlooked,  but kiteboarding is an extreme sport and being in shape is in your advantage. Progressing in kiteboarding is very intimidating, training will offer you a good understanding and proper form to keep on pushing your level.
